How to Delete Your Cruzr Account
If you wish to permanently delete your Cruzr account and personal data, you have two options:
Option 1: Delete Within the App
To delete your account directly from the Cruzr mobile app:
- Open the Cruzr app
- Go to Settings (tap your profile icon)
- Scroll down and tap "Account"
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision
Option 2: Email Us
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email:

⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your profile information, matches, messages, and photos will be permanently removed.
What Happens After Deletion?
Once you request account deletion:
- Your profile will be immediately hidden from other users
- Your matches and conversations will be deleted
- We aim to delete or de-identify your personal data within 30 days
- Some data may be retained longer if required by law, for fraud prevention, safety investigations, or dispute resolution
Data Retention
After deletion, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Transaction records (for tax and accounting purposes)
- Records of reported safety incidents
- Anonymized analytics data (which cannot identify you)
